2100 Series Super Crimp Tools

This compact design provides a new level of efficiency and convenience when terminating small to medium size wire or cable. The same level of quality and performance built into the 4100 Series, is also provided in the 2100 Series. The state side manufactured, fine blank high carbon steel construction, provides the accuracy and longevity expected of a durable commercial grade crimping tools.

These tools feature:

    The 3100 Series Crimp Tools are designed to crimp a variety of CATV connectors. This tool has been the choice of professionals for over two decades.   • 4100 Series Super Crimp Tools

    Super Crimp Series Tools are designed for the professional that insists on the best commercial grade full-cycle crimp tool available. The ergonomic progressive pivoting design provides maximum crimping force with reasonable handle pressure. Fine blanked, high carbon steel construction provides a level of accuracy and performance usually reserved for MIL-SPEC tools. The 4100 series is state-side manufactured and are backed by over 100 years of quality craftsmanship.

    These tools feature:

  • All bearing holes are reamed, pivots are centerless ground and all working components are heat treated.

  • 7100 Series Modular Plug Crimpers

    The 7100 Series Modular Plug Crimp Tools provide a high level of versatility and termination reliability. Each tool accepts five interchangable die sets for terminating all popular modular plugs. This tool will outperform, any other of this type, available within he industry today.

    These tool feature:

  • Full cycle action to assure consistent terminations.
  • A release lever to prevent faulty crimps.
  • Compound action to produce high crimping forces with minimal user effort.
  • A replaceable cutter and stripper, designed for easy access and can be used on flat or round cable.
  • Cutter and stripper blade replacements are available. Order 7100CS which includes blades, mounting screws and a hex key.
  • A stripping feature which incorporates two strip length stops to assures preps to industry standards. 1/4 inch for 4 and 6 position plugs and 1/2 inch for 8 and 10-position plugs.
  • Interchangeable dies which are keyed together to guarantee perfect alignment.
  • Five color coded dies, 10-position, RJ45, RJ22 (for 6,4 or 2 conductors), RJ22 MMJ offset latch, and  RJ11.



  • 7500 Series Modular Plug Crimpers

    7500 Series Modular Plug Crimp Tools provide easy access cutting and stripping functions. The handle opening to hand grasp ration promotes productivity. Each tool accepts interchangeable dies.

  • Replaceable cutter and stripper for use on CAT 5 or flat cable.
  • A strip length gage for RJ11, RJ22, or RJ45 modular plugs.
  • Interchangeable die sets are keyed together to guarantee perfect alignment. Color coded dies make change over easy.
  • RJ11 and RJ45 Crimp dies will terminate AMP or Stewart configurations.
  • Die sets for the 7100 and 7500 series tool are identical.
  • Conductor crimps are machined on a convex plane to compensate for plug flex during crimping operation.
